DESCRIPTION
Side A1: Actaeon is transformed into a stag--indicated by the pair of antlers--by the goddess Artemis and torn apart by his own hounds. The Naiad-nymph of the spring Gargathie sits watching.
Side A2: Phrixus and Helle rescued by the golden-fleeced ram (see other image).
Side B: Orestes is pursued by the Erinyes (see other image).
