DODONE (Dodona) was an Okeanid-nymph of the town and oracular shrine of Dodona in Thesprotia (north-western Greece). She was probably the Naiad of the local well, spring or fountain.
Dodone was probably identified with the Titaness Dione who had a temple at Dodona and was possibly also connected with the Nymphai Dodonides.
